Madeleine G’sell

With over 15 years in hospitality and customer service, Madeleine brings warmth, professionalism and enthusiasm to every project. A proud Southern Louisiana native, she graduated from the University of Louisiana at Lafayette with a degree in Marketing and a minor in Business Law.

She's worn many hats at ATS—Project Manager, Senior Onsite Technician and now National Sales Manager. This path has given her a deep knowledge of the company’s services and the expertise to implement them seamlessly at more than 120 conferences. Known for a sharp attention to detail and people-first approach, she has a knack for keeping events running smoothly and clients feeling fully supported.

When she’s off the clock, you can almost always find her somewhere in nature with her English Bulldog bestie, Willie.
