ATS IT & Programming departments bring everything together to deliver a cohesive product onsite. Our programmers work with our online registration and project management teams to build the robust onsite registration and badge printing software. Our IT team prepares the hardware needed and ensure secure, safe delivery of the hardware items needed onsite.


Keith LeBlanc

As Director of IT, Keith LeBlanc has been instrumental in establishing ATS’ reputation as the leader in state-of-the-art registration and lead retrieval software and products. With ATS since 2001 after eight years in the U.S. Army, he is a great motivator who enjoys collaborating with his team of skilled programmers. Keith is a big fan of baseball and SciFi, and can run if chased. He is married to ATS Accounting Director Karen LeBlanc, adding literal credence to the ATS “one big happy family” environment.

Joy Hymel

Joy Hymel has more than 30 years of experience in the programming field. Born and raised in the New Orleans area, Joy earned a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Information Processing from Loyola University and an MBA from the University of New Orleans. When not at work, Joy enjoys travel, nature walks, live performances, art shows, shopping and trying great food at restaurants with family and friends.

Mark Giglione

Mark Giglione has BA & MA degrees in media production and communication studies from the University of New Orleans. He also pursued additional post graduate studies at the University of Texas at Austin. Mark worked as a university instructor and a corporate trainer before pursuing IT and programming full time. After working as a programmer and webmaster for an educational financial loan institution, Mark worked in academic IT as a programmer, consultant and an LMS system administrator at California State University, Northridge and at Pepperdine University in Malibu. After living in California for over twenty-two years, Mark and his three sons moved back to his home town of Mandeville, LA in 2017.
  • If you could learn to do anything, what would it be?

    Piano and advanced Tai Chi Chuan

  • When you have 30 minutes of free-time, how do you pass the time?

    Reading, playing guitar, watching media, online courses and/or hanging out with my sons.

Teresa Burke is a native of New Orleans with over 30 years of experience in IT. Teresa earned a B.S. degree in Computer Information Processing from Loyola University in New Orleans and enjoys working closely with her colleagues to develop quality IT tools and applications. When not working, Teresa enjoys spending time with her family, cooking, needlepointing, swimming, and taking care of her many cats. She never misses an opportunity to be festive, especially during holidays and family gatherings.

Eddie graduated from Louisiana Tech University with a bachelor’s of Computer Science and has worked in financial and information technology since. Anyone who wants to find him after he’s left work and not at home should look for him wandering through local comic book or game stores, kayaking or swimming on the lake, and trying some obscure restaurant. When he has a half hour, he’ll build spare characters for his table-top role-playing campaigns.

Marshall graduated from LSU in 2015 with a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science and a minor in Business Administration. He’s spent the last 7 years honing his development skills as a full stack developer. He is married with one daughter and is a twin. He loves to spend time with his family in his free time as well as play the drums, the ukulele, and video games. He also loves karaoke!

Jesse Waddell was born and raised in the “deep south” only to find a hidden passion of his in Software and Technology. He pursued his education at Nashville Software School and after graduating and spending 5 years in the Marketing, Software, and Sales industry he came back to Louisiana and joined the ATS team in 2021.

norman davis

Norm’s favorite pastime is studying and implementing network distribution and secure data transfer mechanisms. This leads into his favorite quote “the only constant is change”, from the Greek philosopher Heraclitus. When Norm is not working he loves going to the beach and laying around watching cartoons with his family. He finds himself happiest when he is either reading or spending time with his family.
