I have been working at American Tradeshow for 15 years now. I started as an onsite tech and now in charge of our logistics and inventory division. Before this job I worked in the convention business in another capacity. I have seen it all when it comes to convention services. I have a wife and two children. When I am not working I like to ride my bike along some of our great bike paths in Mandeville, LA. I grew up in downtown New Orleans but as I have gotten older and more of a family man I prefer the quiet suburb life of Mandeville. I do on occasion like to have a staycation in New Orleans. Of course like any other New Orleanian I love the Saints, Pelicans and the LSU tigers Geaux Tigers!!!

  • What is the best book you have ever read?

    I read interview with a vampire in eighth grade and it was one of the few books at that age that I actually really got into

  • If you could learn to do anything, what would it be?

    If I could learn how to do anything it would be play the piano

Amanda graduated from the University of Southern Mississippi with a Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing. While in school, she was a Resident Assistant where she fell in love with event planning. Before joining ATS, she worked in the hospitality industry as a Conventions Coordinator gaining experience and knowledge for all things venue management. She loves being part of the ATS team, working with different groups, and problem solving with creative solutions. As one of her favorite quotes goes, “a jack of all trades is a master of none, but oftentimes better than a master of one.” If she isn’t in the office or onsite, she is at home learning a new hobby.

  • Favorite travel spot?

    Ireland and Switzerland!

  • Where would you like to go on a dream vacation:

    A three-part tour of Ireland, Scotland, and Norway seeing castles, distilleries, and Viking ships.

Tyler Burke is our Logistics Manager. Lifelong Louisiana resident, born in Metairie and raised in Slidell. Huge sports fanatic, diehard fan of the Saints, Pelicans, and LSU. When he is not coordinating the logistics of 600+ tradeshows a year, he enjoys watching sports and video games.

  • What is your hidden talent?

    I can solve a Rubik’s Cube within 2 minutes.

  • What did you want to be when growing up?

    NBA player, my height didn’t agree with me.

Patrick Schwaner

 Patrick is a Louisiana native with a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing from Southeastern Louisiana University. With a background in hospitality management, he enjoys the fast-paced, team-oriented environment at ATS. When he’s not at work you will likely find Patrick spending time with his wife and son, on a hiking trail, or watching New Orleans Saints football.
