Meet ATS' online registration team! The Online Registration Department provides a critical role from taking our clients from on-line to on-site. This team of specialists works with various clients with varying needs, from fully customized conference websites to non-profit fundraising events. They focus intensely on providing excellent customer service to our clients while developing an exceptional product based on their event needs.

Morgan Robicheaux

Morgan Robicheaux is a 2017 graduate of Southeastern Louisiana University. Upon the completion of a vast, diverse course load she earned a Bachelor’s of Arts in Communication. She brings a unique set of skills to the online registration team; her drive, problem solving skills, and work ethic are traits she takes the utmost pride in. With years of customer service experience, she is equipped with the expertise needed and always ready to help. Outside of her work with the ATS team, Morgan’s happiest days are spent listening to live music and enjoying beautiful days with her family.

    Anything from 60-90’s soft rock.

  • What would you do (for a career) if you weren’t doing this?

    I would be an early education teacher.

Gabrielle Billingsley

Born and raised in south Louisiana, she earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Small Business Management and Entrepreneurship at Southeastern Louisiana University. Upon graduation, Gabrielle entered the workforce ready to hit the ground running and found her way to ATS. Despite her age, Gabrielle has a decade worth of customer service experience under her belt, as well as experience working in IT along side her father. She plans to use the skills she has learned over the years to provide ATS clients with seamless service and an experience that will keep clients coming back year after year. In her free time, you can find Gabrielle reading, going for a bike ride on the levee, spending time cooking with her family and buying way too many plants.

    A big ole pot of fresh boiled crawfish, with all the fixins!

  • What is the best book you have ever read?

    "Verity" by Colleen Hoover…I think I chewed off all my nails while reading this one. So so good!!

Megan Hebert

Megan is a Louisiana native.   Always eager to learn, Megan has a multi-faceted background in customer service, computer science and accounting.  Her passion for traveling and spontaneous attitude makes her a great fit at ATS.  A few of her favorite things to do outside of work are spending time with friends, going to concerts, hiking and shopping!

Tamara moved here 20 years ago. She has a diverse background in sales and customer service with over 15 years experience. She prides herself on building connections, providing reliable customer service along with having a creative "think outside the box" approach. When not at work Tamara spends time making memories with her children and friends.

As a recent graduate of Southeastern Louisiana University with a degree in Business Administration, Maddi is excited about her new job here at ATS. Although she’s happy to call Mandeville her home as she was born and raised here on the north shore, she is always looking for an excuse to travel somewhere new. Her favorite place to be is hands-down, somewhere in the mountains on a hiking trail. In her free time you can find her spending time outdoors, hanging out with friends and family, or trying a new restaurant. She loves to stay busy and try new things which makes her a great fit for the company!

Brady is a Northshore native. He earned his Bachelor of Arts in Communication from Southeastern Louisiana University, where he discovered his love for creativity and the design process. He has a passion for creating engaging content. In his free time, Brady enjoys spending time in nature, playing video games, watching Seinfeld, and being outdoors with his Irish Setter, Basil.
