How Online Registration Works
From online to on-site, our registration platform operates seamlessly to register attendees and print badges. Sites are customized to your event needs. This provides a smooth registration process highlighted by features such as API functionality, collection of personal information and demographics, session selections, and discount codes. You will also have registration managers to take phone calls at any time.
For the Planner
Event planners work with a dedicated ATS registration manager to create a site that’s customized to their needs. Registration is then customized to your event, including collection of personal information, demographics, sessions and ticketed events. This process integrates with your merchants, so all payments are directly processed into your merchant account. The system can compare historical registration data over the course of your events, after use for more than one year. “Direct link” reports gather the most up-to-date data, which anyone in the company can access without having a separate login. This information can be bookmarked on a browser or set up as a regular email to be sent to anyone in the company. The planner can also send invoices/receipts and submit cancellations and refunds directly through the online system. An ATS registration manager creates custom emails, which the client can send out to registrants – including confirmation emails, as well as notification or reminders. Invitation emails can likewise be sent to a list of invitees to the event.
For the Exhibitor
Exhibitors can select their booth, enter their company information, and make their payments through our online system. They can also create detailed company profiles featuring contact information, videos, descriptions and images on the online public Expo Floor Map, to increase interest and traffic to their booth. As part of the online registration process, exhibitors can purchase sponsorship opportunities – for example, a sponsored event wifi or sponsored meals, etc. Allotments are also maintained to give exhibitors an appropriate number of comped registrations, based on booth size.
For the Attendee
American Tradeshow Services’ user-friendly interface creates an effortless registration process, with step-by-step pages and the capability for multiple people to register and pay at once. Highlighted include multiple registration types, and packages with pricing tiers. The fully customized site (including colors, fonts and logos) also features options for discount codes, and early-bird rates and dates, followed by automated confirmation emails.
