American Tradeshow Services has supported show organizers since 1998 with a full range of technology-oriented products and services. We focus on the seamless integration of event technology into our clients’ existing processes from both online and onsite registration to lead retrieval to session tracking.
American Tradeshow Services partners with clients who manage large events with as many as 50,000 attendees and 1,500 exhibiting companies, as well as small-market and regional events. Our goal is to make events less stressful for our clients, more enjoyable for attendees, and more valuable for event sponsors and exhibitors alike.

Agreements in our industry often run as long as three years, and that sometimes leads to complacency. ATS aims to stay in constant year-round contact with every client to consistently meet and exceed their service needs. We evolve with the industry to stay up to date on the constant progression of trade show technology. Our model of providing show managers with a la carte services quickly became our preferred approach. Now that enterprise-level management systems and flexible SAAS capabilities are standards, ATS can bundle powerful new resources in with our service.

Executing the Plan
Early in the sales cycle, ATS pulls in all departments to get opinions and thoughts on presenting the best solutions for our potential clients. Everyone at ATS takes ownership. By the time an agreement is signed, our programming and project-management staff have had a personal role in creating the appropriate suite of services and products. Our team then communicates by way of interactive project plans, regularly scheduled conference calls, and 24-hours-a-day, 7-days-a-week availability to assist clients with all of their event needs.
Evolving with the Industry
After initially beginning as a technology provider specializing in the affordable implementation of lead retrieval and session tracking services, ATS rapidly built a reputation for onsite registration services. While offering your basic badge printing software, we saw the need to expand our onsite services to integrate with the powerful and complex online registration platforms and AMS systems that dominate the market.
We wanted to offer a user-friendly online platform to help our frustrated clients evolve from antiquated online and AMS systems. We upgraded all online registration clients to a modern platform that allows our staff to quickly design and launch vibrant, branded event websites. These modern registration systems easily integrate with AMS membership databases, housing systems, speaker management software, and other third-party software used by show managers.
Today’s Tradeshow Technology and Services
ATS provides online registration services in conjunction with additional pre-conference services, such as a fully integrated show app, exhibitor booth sales, and management systems, speaker content management, housing integration, and badge-material procurement.
Our onsite suite of services includes stand-alone or fully integrated onsite registration, FastTrack™ auto check-in and badge printing, a full inventory of registration hardware, attendance tracking, and lead-retrieval services. We do all of this by engineering the right solution for our clients on the front end, followed by assigning a dedicated professional team consisting of an account manager, project manager, programmers and onsite staff.
