American Tradeshow Services has supported show organizers since 1998 with a full range of technology oriented products and services. From both online and onsite registration to lead retrieval to session tracking we focus on seamless integration of event technology into our clients’ existing processes.
American Tradeshow Services partners with clients who manage large events with as many as 50,000 attendees and 1,500 exhibiting companies, as well as small-market and regional events. Our goal is to make events less stressful for our clients, more enjoyable for attendees and a more valuable experience for event sponsors and exhibitors alike.

Executing the Plan
Early in the sales cycle, ATS pulls in all departments to get opinions and thoughts on presenting the best solutions for our potential clients. By the time a contract has been signed, our programming and project-management staff have had a personal role in creating the appropriate suite of services and products. Everyone at ATS takes ownership. Our team then communicates by way of interactive project plans, regularly scheduled conference calls, and 24-hours-a-day, 7-days-a-week availability to assist clients with all of their event needs.
Evolving with the Industry
After initially beginning as a technology provider specializing in affordable implementation of lead retrieval services, American Tradeshow Services rapidly built a reputation for onsite registration services that integrated with many of the powerful AMS systems that dominated the market at the time, such as iMIS.
American Tradeshow Services has upgraded all online registration clients to a modern platform that allows our staff to quickly design and launch vibrant, branded event websites. These modern registration systems easily integrate with AMS membership databases, housing systems, speaker management softwares and other third-party modules used by show managers.
Today’s Tradeshow Technology and Services
ATS provides online-registration services in conjunction with additional pre-conference services, such as a fully integrated show app, exhibitor booth sales and management systems, speaker content management, housing integration, and badge-material procurement.
Our onsite suite of services include stand-alone or fully integrated onsite registration, FastTrack™ auto check-in and badge printing, a full inventory of registration hardware, attendance tracking, and lead-retrieval services. We do all of this by engineering the right solution for our clients on the front end, followed by assigning a dedicated professional team consisting of an account manager, project manager, programmers and onsite staff.
